ECE Staffing Solutions follows state requirements to qualify its staff. Each position or placement opportunity will have it's own requirements. Our qualified recruiters will provide additional information during your interview. Your transcript will also be reviewed at that time and a determination of courses qualifying will be discussed.
E.C.E. stands for Early Childhood Education. Certain courses offered by higher education institutions and community colleges focusing on early childhood development and education count as ECE units. Our qualified recruiter will provide further information during your interview.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. When you are on an assignment, you are expected to devote your full attention to your job. If you are permanently placed at a program they might offer this benefit as part of their total employment package.
ECE Staffing Solutions is a full-service staffing agency. We work diligently on fulfilling assignments, as requested by our clients. Hence, we are unable to guarantee a certain number of hours, as this is dependent on the mix of assignments and, equally important, on your availability and flexibility in terms of accepting assignments.
During your hiring interview, your recruiter will note your availability and make every reasonable effort to accommodate your schedule. However, you need to understand that there may be periods during the week when there are no suitable assignments and you would not be working. The more flexibility you have regarding travel radius, may improve your chances of getting continuous placement opportunities, as well as the positive feedback from our clients.

No, you do not pay any fees to ECE Staffing Solutions for applying. However, during the course of satisfying state requirements that would make your eligible for work, there may be certain fees that you will need to pay to State agencies and medical institutions. Some fees may be reimbursable to you, but your recruiter will provide precise information about these fees and/or reimbursements.
Yes, you can. When as assignment comes up, you will be notified based on your availability and the time necessary to make travel arrangements. If you rely on public transportation you may not be able to accept an emergency job with only 30-60 notification of need since you may have to allow for a longer commute. ECE Staffing Solutions does not pay employees for commute time.
ECE Staffing Solutions cannot provide any guarantees as to when you can start working. However, our experience would indicate that, once you are eligible for work and have completed the hiring process, we can typically find an assignment for you fairly quickly. Again, placement is dependent upon the need and your availability and qualifications to fit that need.
